At Wegman everything is free shipped, so no annoying shipping costs!

Delivery options

During checkout you can choose to have a parcel delivered to your home or to have it delivered to a parcel point near you.
Our packages are shipped via courier services including DHL, PostNL and DPD.

Delivery time

If you are from Monday to Orders placed on Friday before 23:00 will be delivered the next day.

If you order on Saturday or Sunday (before 9:00 PM), your order will be delivered on Monday.

When you not for If ordered before the specified time, delivery will be postponed by one day.
(Please note that delays sometimes occur. If this takes too long, please let us know.)

Track and trace

After placing an order with us, you will receive an email from us with it contains the track and trace of your order.
You will also receive an email from us as soon as something happens with the track and trace. These can be the following events: the package is on its way, the package is delayed, the package is ready at a collection point and the package has been delivered.

What happens when you are not at home

The courier tries to deliver your package to your neighbors, if this does not work they will take the package with them and try again the next day. If this does not work either your package will be left at the nearest delivery address parcel point, you will receive an email from us about this.
