This is completely free!
If you order from Monday to Friday before 23:00, your order will be delivered the next day.
If you order on Saturday or Sunday (before 9:00 PM), your order will be delivered on Monday.
When you not for for the specified time If ordered, delivery will be postponed by one day.
(Please note that delays sometimes occur. If this takes too long, please let us know.)

Return conditions:
The item is in its original packaging (as far as possible).
Warranty period:
As a consumer, you are entitled to the statutory provisions regarding warranty on every purchase. The legal guarantee means that the product is or must do what you can reasonably expect from it.
All Wegman brand products have a 2-year warranty.
How quickly will I be refunded after returning:
We will refund the entire purchase amount (including any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the cancellation notice. However, we may wait with refunding until we have received the products, or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them.
Financial handling of the return shipment:
Returning a Wegman product is completely free!
So if you are not sure whether this product is for you, you can always try it out.

All our products come with a legal warranty and a 2-year manufacturer's warranty.
Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. Some products also have a manufacturer's guarantee. This guarantee does not affect the legal guarantee
If you have a complaint about our products or our service, you can contact us via the contact form. You will receive a substantive response within 7 days of receipt of your complaint.
If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can also submit it to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee (www.sgc.nl) or to this Dispute Committee via the European ODR Platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
