You have the right to request, within a period of 30 days to cancel the agreement without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). To do so, you can use the model withdrawal form or our contact form, but you are not obliged to do so. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation
We will refund the entire purchase amount (including any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the cancellation notice. However, we may wait with refunding until we have received the products, or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them. If you return only part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
